China International Software & Information Service Fair 2006 Opened 2007-04-19 11:06  MOFCOM China International Software & Information Service Fair 2006 opened in Dalian on June 21. Mr. Yi Xiaozhun, Vice Minister of Commerce, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony and said that Chinese economic development benefited from reform and opening-up, that software and information service was a highly internationalized industry, and development of which required extensive and deep international communication and cooperation.
